About Anikó
 
Anikó trained in classical ballet and contemporary dance in her native Budapest, Hungary. She has been working as a professional dancer and dance teacher in various venues throughout Europe for the last 13 years.
 
Anikó graduated from LABAN & City University in 2005, receiving her Masters in Dance Science. Since then she worked for Dance UK and won the Student Research Travel Grant from the International Association of Dance Medicine and Science to present her Masters thesis in Miami, FL (USA) at the XVI. IADMS conference.
 
Currently Anikó is working as a freelance dance teacher, devising and leading workshops and courses in classical ballet, body conditioning and modern dance for children and adults. Anikó's students performed her original choreography at the Jackson's Lane Theatre and the Peacock Theatre in London. Teaching regular classes at NDS and Expressions, Anikó is a member of Dance UK, ISTD & IADMS, fully insured, CRB checked and in training towards her CDE in Imperial Ballet at the ISTD.
